Year-end approaching, we spend time on holiday shopping, But we miss to do what really needed I.e. ”Rest”. Do we really give rest to our health mainly, ”Mental health”? If we keep on thinking, worrying, fear of the future, we feel only “stressed & exhausted”. Let’s try to halt everything and just do/ read what keeps our mind pleasant, for the rest of this year. When you start 2020 with a “fresh mind”, you will accomplish your goal, along with eternal blessing! Rest, rest of the year!
Don't strain when you are tired; it leads to quitting permanently; Instead, take a break/ rest; when tired, a small break can energize you to achieve more;
