We resent someone based on the experience we had in the past, But the problem is we keep thinking of the same and struggling to come out of the resentment. Sometimes it breaks good relationships and spoils our life as well. Instead, We need to learn to live our lives in "contentment", whatever might happened in the past, it's our choice to change our mind from bitterness to happiness. It's not an easy choice, we need to train ourselves every day to treat others in a better way of respect.
