Foundation
The building is built on a strong foundation! When foundations have a problem, it impacts the entire building! A leader is a foundation for the team, if he fails, the entire team collapse!
Foundations are laid depending on the building structure planned, buildings are not built based on foundations; similarly, Leaders are appointed for people; people are not grouped to leaders;
Success makes you cry!
When your success makes you cry, it means the pain and struggles you went through to achieve it come to an end!
Gradual Growth
Gradual Growth leads to a peaceful and meaningful life; sudden swelling would outburst anytime near future; if you realize the widening of doors in life, make sure it's not swelling!

Our true character reflects when we rise to good positions and how we treat people who troubled/ betrayed us, come to us for help!
